What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Domestic:

United States: 7 - 15 days

International:

United Kingdom: 7 - 15 days

Canada: 7 - 15 days

Australia: 7 - 15 days

Europe: 9 - 21 days

Latin America: 10 - 25 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Processing Times

 

Orders take 1-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Please note that due to the current situation with the corona virus (COVID-19) there may be delays in delivery of up to 4 weeks.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us via form or through live chat box and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
